- Head Timer: organizes timers and runners during meets
- Announcer: one parent to help with announcing races and the diving event, as well as reading off the names of athletes
- Photographer: help take photos of the girls for senior night and to post on website
- Timing Room: three parents to complete some easy training sessions on the following: Colorado Timing System, Team Manager Software, Announcing, Back-up Timer
- Meet Food: two parents to organize sign-ups and set up food; several parents bring food and one parent brings a main item purchasing using team fees
- Banquet Parent: directs parents to set up end-of-year banquet program, such as reserving banquet hall, decorating, and ordering a cake
- Senior Night: order flowers and cake for our senior night (last home meet of the season)
